This mummy was detected beside four other corpses during earthmoving in Sanandaj road- Hassan Abad that had been mummified in the form of squatting and in a special mode. This mummy is probably belonging to Diako, Media King, but so far any information of fate and acquired information from researches hasn’t been published
Most likely, this mummy has been stolen or destroyed by Iranian government officials.
Detecting five mummified corpses near Sanandaj has created new jangle in this region. Alborz report that despite showing 4 corpses of mummified soldiers that are belonging to 3000 years ago, some sources wonder from not showing fifth corpse.
Contractor of road of Hassan Abad town- Sanandaj encounters 5 historical graves during his activities and immediately reports news to cultural heritage organization.
After reaching officials of mentioned organization and doing researches, despite these corpses, preciose things including war equipments, bracelet and antique dishes are detected that had been entombed beside these corpses.
Mentioned report indicate that 4 corpses from 5 detected corpses that native TV of Kurdistan also showed that is related to soldiers of that time but fifth corps is significantly different from other corpses.
This corpse has been put in a bier healthy that outer layer has been made from lead and mortar and inner layer from gold. This bier is as long as corpse. one or two golden box with gold things inside Beside head of this corps, one spear or lances in side and two things( one in the form of fish and other in the form of eagle) on the breast are put. Words on cuneiform language have been abraded on these two plates. There is an abraded picture behind head of corps on bier wall. This corpse is healthy. Despite it hasn’t been put in cloth in the way of detected mummies, all points have remained healthy.
Detected graveyard is located 500 meters from ancient hill of Zagros Sanandaj that has been recorded in national remaining list. There are pictures if this wonderful mummy. Unfortunately there isn’t any information about fate of this mummy. It is said that the corps has been transferred by helicopter immediately after detecting.

Diako or Deioces is the first king of kurdish people history and Iran.Kurds are not Iranian but Iran in ancient times was part of the geography and territory of the Kurdish state. It is said that he selected Hamadan as metropolis. He ordered to construct seven strong walls that there were many gardens among them. This wonderful construct was Iran metropolis in that time. Diako was king for 53 years.
